About the Event
You're invited to join Irreducible Grace Foundation and Sitka Salmon Shares for four-course meal prepared by Sitka's culinary team with the best wild seafood you've ever eaten.
Sitka Salmon Shares is based out of Sitka, Alaska and works with small-boatfishing communities to bring fresh caught seafood to your door. Sitka's fisherman practice sustainable and traceable fishing practices, which means you know who caught your fish. Dr. Fry and Tara have been Sitka members for years, and can attest to the quality of Sitka's seafood.
During our dinner we'll engage in conversation around traceable seafood sourcing, responsible harvesting practices, and climate change. We'll also learn about small-boat fishing communities and how you can get closer to your seafood.
We would like to thank Sitka Salmon Shares fishing families who have generously provided the fish and food for this dinner.
Tickets are $50.00 per person, with all ticket sales directly supporting IGF. Please note this event is by invitation only.
