Through the use of theater arts, written and spoken word, we foster youth voice and build trust and community between youth who have faced disparities and the institutions that have failed them.

The Black Youth Healing Arts Center (BYHAC) provides cultural, ancestral, and innovative processes to healing for Black youth foremost, while creating safe spaces and healing opportunities for youth of color.

VYB

Videos for middle and high school students that talk about real life issues and ways to cope and heal.

VYB (Value Your Breath) is a series of 14 breathing, mindfulness, and wellness tool videos and discussion questions for middle and high school students. Each video features youth of color who share their stories and guide students through breathing tools.

Annual subscription plans are available for individuals, schools, and community organizations and include exclusive access to the VYB app.
